In case any of you missed the announcement on my Instagram and YouTube pages, I have completed an E-Book! It’s called “Hockey Ability” and it’s designed to condense everything that I’ve learned over the past 6 years in hockey training into one resource. The intent is to bring the same quality and value that many $50-100 programs, books, video courses, and other resources have, but …… for FREE!
